NOTICE TO CHRISTINE MOORE AND ALL HEIRS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN Please take Notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map &Parcel 0010-017, more particularly described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 2nd Land District of Appling County, Georgia, consisting of 2 acres, more or less, of Land Lot 299, being bound as follows: North and West by lands of Rosa Jones; East by Zoar Highway; and South by lands of Oscar Moore, Jr. Said land being more fully described as follows: To find the point of commencement, start at the southeast original lot corner of Land Lot 299, and run West along the South original land lot line a distance of 836.0 feet, thence turn and run North a distance of 460 feet, to the Point of Commencement, and from said point run West a distance of 295.16 feet; thence turn and run North a distance of 295.16 feet; thence turn and run East a distance of 295.16 feet to the West right-of-way line of Zoar Highway; thence turning and running South along the West right-of-way of said highway a distance of 295.16 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being more accurately shown according to a survey and plat thereof by Merlin J. Tomberlin, County Surveyor, dated September 13, 1978, a copy of same of record in the deed records of Appling County, Georgia. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day of December, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 7, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, in Deed Book 516 at Page 525.
